Fees and Eligibility
Psychiatry and therapy are available for ages 12+. Private-pay medication-management intake: $225 for 45–60 minutes; follow-up: $120 for 20–30 minutes. Therapy intake: $225 for 45–60 minutes; follow-up: $150 for 45–60 minutes.
Weight management and wellness are private pay for adults 18+. Start with a $100, 30-minute weight consultation, compare 12-week programs at $299 and $449, or choose a $175, 45-minute wellness review. Medication, lab and supplement costs are separate.

Weight and Wellness for Adults
Adults 18 and older can book private-pay medical weight management or a whole-person wellness review. Review program inclusions and separate medication, lab and supplement costs before choosing care. If you will be outside Washington at appointment time, contact us to confirm eligibility before the visit.
