Insurance and Pricing in Illinois

We retain our existing Illinois insurance options. Review the plan list and verify your specific product, network and telehealth benefits before booking. Out-of-network reimbursement depends on your insurer.

Fees and Eligibility

Psychiatry and therapy are available for ages 12+. Private-pay medication-management intake: $225 for 45–60 minutes; follow-up: $120 for 20–30 minutes. Therapy intake: $225 for 45–60 minutes; follow-up: $150 for 45–60 minutes.

Weight management and wellness are private pay for adults 18+. Start with a $100, 30-minute weight consultation, compare 12-week programs at $299 and $449, or choose a $175, 45-minute wellness review. Medication, lab and supplement costs are separate.

Payments are nonrefundable. Cancellations require at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Your Telehealth Visit

You must be located in Illinois at the time of care. Complete secure CharmHealth intake and join from a private space. Treatment and any prescription depend on clinical assessment.

What is the current controlled-medication policy?

The practice currently limits controlled-substance management to continuation of care in Illinois. An evaluation does not guarantee a prescription. Review the prescribing FAQ and contact the practice about eligibility before scheduling.
