CONDITIONS WE TREAT

At our virtual psychiatry practice, we understand that mental health is personal—and so is your care. We take a compassionate, individualized approach to treatment, working with you to uncover root causes, build on your strengths, and create sustainable strategies for emotional wellness. We specialized in various conditions.

  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Our evidence-based care is designed to help you manage overwhelming thoughts, reduce physical symptoms of anxiety, and regain a sense of control in your daily life. We provide support in a caring and convenient virtual environment. Learn more.

  • We also treat a full spectrum of mood disorders, including Adjustment Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Postpartum Depression (PPD), and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). Our holistic, integrative approach supports both emotional and physical well-being, offering thoughtful medication management, lifestyle modifications, and trauma-informed support tailored to your specific needs. Let’s get started.

  • Navigating pregnancy and postpartum can be overwhelming—emotionally, physically, and mentally. I offer comprehensive mental health evaluations, safe medication management for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and supportive talk therapy. If you're experiencing postpartum depression, prenatal anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or feel unlike yourself, you're not alone. Many women face depression, anxiety, or ADHD symptoms that intensify during this sensitive period. As a psychiatric provider specializing in maternal mental health, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique journey. From safe and personalized medication management during pregnancy and breastfeeding, to individual therapy, nutritional support, mindfulness techniques, and collaborative care, I’m here to help you regain emotional balance and clarity. Whether you’re questioning what’s normal, exploring treatment options, or simply needing support, I provide the guidance you need to feel better—for yourself and your baby. Reach out today to begin your path toward healing.

  • We offer resources, education, and medications for insomnia.

  • Living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can make daily life feel overwhelming. Flashbacks, anxiety, hypervigilance, irritability, and emotional numbness are just a few symptoms that may disrupt your sense of safety and peace. Whether your trauma stems from childhood, relationships, medical trauma, or a specific event, I offer a safe, judgment-free space for healing.

Through virtual trauma-informed psychiatric care, I provide evidence-based therapy, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and medication management when appropriate. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that helps you process trauma, manage symptoms, and reclaim your emotional wellbeing—at a pace that feels right for you.

Online PTSD treatment is available for adults from the comfort and privacy of home.

  • Focused, Non-Stimulant Care—From Anywhere

If you’re struggling with inattention, disorganization, procrastination, or emotional dysregulation, you may be dealing with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Untreated ADHD in adults can affect everything from work and relationships to self-esteem. But with the right tools and support, you can thrive.

We specialize in non-stimulant ADHD treatment, ideal for clients seeking effective, low-risk options—especially in a virtual care setting. Our approach combines psychiatric evaluation, non-stimulant medication management, ADHD coaching, and mindfulness-based strategies to improve focus, time management, and emotional regulation.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or seeking better ways to manage your symptoms, I’m here to help you gain clarity and control—with ADHD care tailored to your lifestyle.

To ensure clinical appropriateness and compliance with federal and state guidelines, an initial psychiatric evaluation is required before issuing any ESA documentation.
