We review your concerns, past treatment, medical history, medications and supports. Together, we discuss options and follow-up. Care may include coordination with your other clinicians when appropriate.
Appointment Options
Psychiatric intake: 45–60 minutes, $225 private pay. Medication-management follow-up: 20–30 minutes, $120 private pay. Therapy intake: 45–60 minutes, $225; follow-up: 45–60 minutes, $150.
Participating insurance may cover eligible services. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription or a particular outcome.
Availability
Virtual care in Illinois, Florida, Minnesota, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Delaware, Connecticut, Vermont and Washington. You must be located in an eligible state at the time of your visit. Payments are nonrefundable. Cancellations require at least 24 hours before the appointment.
